Flexible Benefits Flow
The Flexible Benefits flow enables organizations to manage benefit credits for their employees through Wellhub. Credits can be created, updated, or removed, and employees can allocate them to the benefit options that best suit their individual needs.

What Are Flexible Benefits?
Flexible benefit credits are amounts assigned by the company to each employee. Employees can then allocate those credits towards the Wellhub benefit options available to them. Companies can add new credits, update existing ones, or remove them entirely as workforce or policy changes occur.
