Upload operations (Eligibility management)

SFTP-based eligibility management uses three submission types, each suited to a different scenario:

Full File

A full file submission represents the complete, current list of all eligible employees. When processed, Wellhub will:

  • Add any employees in the file who are not yet eligible.
  • Update records for employees already in the system.
  • Remove (as leavers) any employees currently in the system who are absent from the file.

Use full file when you want to synchronize the entire eligible population in a single operation. Supported for Single Entity, Multi Entity, and Channel Partners.

Newcomers

A newcomers submission contains only employees being added to eligibility for the first time. Existing eligible employees are not affected.

Use newcomers when you want to onboard a batch of new employees without touching existing records. Supported for Single Entity only.

Leavers

A leavers submission contains only employees who should be removed from eligibility. No new employees are added.

Use leavers when employees leave your organization or should otherwise lose access to Wellhub. Supported for Single Entity only.
